Job Summary:
Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to manage and deliver system requirements by maintaining a working knowledge of the business processes and system capabilities as well as understanding options for system configuration, customization, and business process re-engineering.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems, processes & facilitate making needed improvements · Actively participate in corporate/cross-facility teams to develop and implement new and improved systems such as Best Practices
  • Assist in testing new systems and upgrades to operations before their release· Design and develop reports as needed· Provide on-going system support & end-user training as needed· Provide project management (planning, tracking & communication)· Actively participate in continuous improvement/innovation, corrective action, and internal/external customer satisfaction
  • Setting up new SKU’s to coordinate; · Customer Service /Scheduling, Master Data Group, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing & Customer approvals
  • Involves Item setup, BOM setup, Routings, Purchase and Quality Info records
  • Support weekly Customer & Supplier report and meeting cadence
  • Inventory Reporting including Consigned Inventory, Excess & Obsolete, and Cycle Counting
  • Capacity Plan including OEE by line, PMTA, and Pre-Production
  • In-Direct material management including Requisition, Reorder Point management, Consumable item coordination, Spare Parts, and Lead/resolve vendor invoice management issues
  • Warehouse support (Inventory transaction accuracy and timeliness) to include: Tracking/ support reporting, Vendor Batch control, Receiving, Transfers between warehouse location, movement with MRB
  • Work Orders transactions and Flushing

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology
  • Two years of proven experience in an analytics position in a manufacturing business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills/interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with senior decision-makers· Group facilitation, process mapping, data modeling, and user interface prototyping· Working knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean· APICS certification· Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in SAP is preferred
