This is a 12-15 month minimum fixed term contract and you will get 24 days paid annual leave. You will be fully supported and mentored through your apprenticeship and will be given time, whilst at work, to complete your course work.

Surrey County Council is undergoing a radical transformation programme and a great opportunity has arisen for an energetic and self-motivated apprentice to join Land & Property in the Resources Directorate.
The Land & Property team here at County Hall manage a range of issues, from office moves, facilities management, to investments in property. The post holder will be responsible for adding the Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant in their duties, helping the Director of Property Services and working along side our project support team, processing invoices and making a range of bookings, which benefit our service.
This is a varied role and you will have the chance to make it your own, whilst we will provide you with all the knowledge and training you require to be successful. The work you do will reinforce your learning, providing evidence- based experiences to support your qualification.
To be shortlisted for interview for this position, your CV and personal statement should evidence:
- Commitment and willingness to learn
- An enthusiasm and commitment to continuous improvement
- Confidence in the use of IT
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise your time and workload.
- Two GCSEs grade A to C or equivalent, preferably including Maths and English (you can still apply if you don't have GCSEs but you would need to completed functional skills lessons during your apprenticeship).
