Role Summary:

The Senior Balance Sheet Analysis Manager will report to the Lighting FP&A Leader and partner with the global Lighting finance team to forecast and report key metrics for the balance sheet including working capital and free cash flow. In addition to managing balance sheet forecasting, the Senior Balance Sheet Analysis Manager will be responsible for other Lighting headquarters FP&A activities and simplification projects. This role will report to the Global FP&A Leader.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report the Lighting balance sheet (working capital, cash generation, etc.) during quarterly financial closes and Corporate planning processes; responsibilities include working directly with the Corporate FP&A Staff Executive responsible for balance sheet metrics
  • Proactively serve as a business partner to the business operations and finance teams in the formulation and execution of projects to improve Lighting’s cash utilization
  • Partner with the Lighting finance and operations teams to own the communication and tracking of restructuring projects to Corporate FP&A and controllership
  • Manage relationship with WCS/GEAR for receivables monetization and partner with Global Operations Finance team on factoring submissions
  • Drive simplification projects and create new processes to help manage Lighting’s evolution (e.g. separation activities, intercompany financing etc.)
  • Perform ongoing ad hoc reporting based on business needs

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of finance experience
