£11,117 per annum for 36 hours per week based at locations across Surrey.
This is an 18 month apprentice placement, made up of 3 x 6 month placements at different services.

About apprenticeships

You will be fully supported and mentored through your apprenticeship and be given protected time to complete work relating to your qualification.
Our Apprenticeship scheme provides a perfect way to earn a wage while you gain vital work experience and an accredited qualification. This rotational apprentice scheme is aimed at those 17 and over who are living and entitled to work in England, don't have a degree relating to your chosen apprentice subject, and are not in full-time education.

Our Offer

The Adult Social Care Service Delivery team is looking to recruit apprentices to join us to experience 6 months in each of the following roles;
  • Reablement Assistant
  • Care Assistant
  • Residential Support Worker

You will experience first-hand what it's like to support people in your community who need care and support learn or re-gain the skills to live full and active lives , all whilst working towards an accredited qualification.
You will be fully supported throughout the apprenticeship to achieve a nationally recognised qualification (Adult Care Worker Level 2). Your mentor will help you to develop the skills necessary to carry out your day-to-day duties.
All you need is a caring and compassionate attitude with a willingness to learn. Experience of working in health and social care would be desired but it is not essential.
